Marlboro Light Settlement—No Proof of Purchase Req.
A settlement has been reached in the Class Action Suit against Marlboro Lights that states Philip Morris violated Massachusetts State Law by leading consumers to believe Marlboro Lights were less harmful than Regular Marlboro Cigarettes by printing that they were lower in tar and Nicotene.
Includes: Massachusetts, Connecticut, Maine, New Hampshire, New York, Rhode Island or Vermont residents who purchased Marlboro Lights regularly within the State of Massachusetts between Nov. 25, 1994 and Nov. 25, 1998.
Settlement recipients will receive a check between $75-$225, no purchase required to submit your claim. Form must be submitted by 11/28/2016.
