I went to Rite-Aid yesterday, when my favorite cashier pulled me aside and told me they just recieved a new corporate policy regarding UPS. She informed me that UPS will now be attached to your wellness card numbers the way ECBs are to your CVS card. She wasn't sure when this took affect but said it wasn't this week. Confused

I'm surprised it has taken them this long to do that.  I only have one card and find that gives me plenty of free items.

Turning my coupons into cash $9178.15 in rebates since May 2010

agreed – it irritates me when people have a bazillion cards to try to get around limits.  I also only have one card but will admit that I used my mom's card to get her some bodywash when the softsoap was on sale and I used my UPs to pay so this wasn't an active policy then (last week or the week before)

I also found out something interesting on my visit to rite aid yesterday. I had a prep H wipes coupon and it beeped and just wouldn't scan, so the manager came over, gave it a couple of tries and wasn't happy because she mentioned that they don't get paid from the manufacturers if they enter the Q's by hand.  She entered it by manually,  but wasn't too happy about it.

I have one card, but my daughter is a newlywed and lives nearby. I usually have her go with me and I pay for her purchases with the UPS from mine and she pays be back with the UPS from hers. I usually loose out in the deal, but such is life with adult kids, lol. I find I would rather teach them to be smarter shoppers than hand them cash.

Depends on how you look at..I didnt go out and get cards in peoples names..but my sister and her girlfriend who both live here had cards already so I do take advantage of it and use their cards to get more deals as there are 4 people living here..they would never coupon but I do get deals on their cards and it all goes towards our household. Now if I was living alone and doing it and keeping it all for myself then prob not a cool idea.
