I'm confused about something and I hope you guys can help me.  I thought that the $ amount for earning ECBs was calculated off the regular price and not the sale price.  For example I bought 2 cover girl lip balms that were on sale for $7 thinking I would get the spend $15 get 5 ECB, but the receipt said I had spent $14 toward this deal. 

 

What am I doing wrong?

You must spend $1 more to trigger the EB.  Do you have time to get to the store before it closes tonight?

 

CVS EB sales are different than CATALINA sales in the grocery store.

 

CVS EBs are rewarded for buying at the SALE price.

 

CATs are based on pre-sale prices.
