I am from Mass and heading to Maine for vacation. My UPS and ECB's that I got here from Mass can be used out of state correct?

i'm pretty sure they can.  i dont see anything on them that says must be used in state where earned.

Yes, they can be used at any store.  ECB's have to be used with the card they came from but ups it doesn't matter.

UPs doesn't matter??  So… if people discard a receipt with UPs, other people could use them?

yup.  i've found them crumpled in the bottom of baskets in the store, on the floor, in the trash… doesn't happen a lot but when it does it's a special treat!
