does anyone no where to find coupons for stores we have in alaska?? im seeing that unless i get manufacture coupons i really don't get squat. im also new to this so any help would be sweet!!

we have 3bears, walmart, target, freddys, walgreens, costco and carrs/safeway.

I would start with Walmart, Target or Walgreens. Don't let it overwhelm you. If you follow the Walmart forum this Walmart topic http://www.howtoshopforfree.ne…..atchups/ you will see things that are cheap or free with coupons some will give you overage. Keep in mind though prices can vary.
Follow the Walgreens weekly sales topic you will be able to get a lot of free things there. Ask any questions you have there and someone that shops there will answer them.
Target has their own coupons on target.com that you can pair with a manu. coupon for additional savings.
