When you get a Cat for $1 OYNO – is it attached to your rewards card?  or say if my mom got one – could she give it to me to use or vice versa?

in the past, i have found them on the floor, abandoned at a register, or hanging out of the trash can and used them without issue Smile

I've noticed a few say "When used with card", so I guess those are linked, but not otherwise?

IMO – I've also used ones that my mother gave me.  And I have found some in the parking lot, at registers, etc.  I have used all of them without any issues, including ones that say "with card".  HTH 

I'm Freewheeln without the "I".  I learned HTSFF mostly for the benefit of OTHERS!  =)  I love to keep paying it forward!  ;)
