I can't tell you anything about that specific seller but you do want to buy from someone that sends you the links in an email so you get them right away.

Thank you! I went with the "pick a seller with 95% + rating and I just got my coupons. They expire Friday – so I'm going to try my first Kohl's shopping trip tonight. Thankyou for all your info & advice. I purchased some $5/$5 coupons too, but they won't come til next week. Still hope to use them in time for Christmas!

Kathy, I have bought some of these coupons off e-bay and used some then I wondered if they were legal as you can only sign up for e-mail for the e's you have. I went to the customer service and they said these were not right to be used. I know you strive to keep everything on the right path and seek to help others but I have wondered about these coupons especially after reading the article in the ALL YOU January issue about coupon and coupon fraud.

It is legal for you to get coupons from Ebay. The people that have them listed have real email accounts that they were sent to. People are allowed to sell there time that it takes to get , locate, package and ship coupons.
Kohls corperate is well aware that people have been listing these coupons on Ebay for the past 5 years.
There have been fraudulant Kohls coupons in the past , mainly 10 off 10 but not 5 off 5's.

I recently purchased some $5/5 coupons off ebay. How many can you use in 1 transactions? or can they be used if you seperate the order into parts. I have 10 of them and would like to use as many as possible in the least amount of trips. Thank You

You can only use 1 at a time.
Some will let you do 2 sepearte orders.

if your Kohls has 2 or 3 different register groups, you could hit each site once or twice, depending on how many different cashiers are working. Most of the Kohls around here have at least 2 different check-out sites, especially if they open up into a mall. Another idea is to check out once at customer service – you could go back to ask them a question, like what the balance is on your Kohl's charge and then ask if you can check out there. You can also try to pay once at the jewelry counter – just try to not be too obvious – I usually go to my car each time to dump my purchase. The busier the store, the better with trying to use multiple qs in one day. Good luck!

So another question? I purchased coupons on ebay and still haven't received them after 10days. I contacted the seller and she says that she can send them to me in a link to print by myself. When you receive coupons from ebay are they computer generated or are they actual coupons? I'm a little worried if I should use these coupons. Are the safe to use?

That's the only kind I have ever bought off ebay, where the seller emails you links to print them yourself – you should be fine with them.
