Limit $500 in merchandise before discount.  $75 maximum discount.  Limit one coupon per transaction.  I'm pretty sure that you will be able to use this with MQ's.  I have been able to stack a PetSmart Q with MQ's many times over. (i.e. PetSmart Survey Q)  Warning!  There are actually 4 coupons on the link.  It is a pdf file.  The first Q is the one for the 15% off in-store.  HTH
