Anyone out there have any new ideas to use the $5 coupon at Kohls?

Some of my favorites in the past were the "Big One" pillows, hand/bath towels and jumping beans clothes for my 5 yo. I would love to check out other products that regularly go on sale or are normally priced at $5 or slightly above.

cant wait for the input….THANKS :)

I just signed up for the email alerts and noticed at the bottom of their page "Rebates"…

wow…they have a lot of rebates. I'll have to watch that in the future.

I've seen candles and home decorations marked-down to $5 ish in the past.

They only send the coupon to you once.  But you are allowed to sign up using multiple email accounts.  So if you have a personal account and a work account, sign up with both.  A lot of people have so many because they purchase them in bulk amounts off eBay.

FYI- yoiu can always find these qs on ebay for .99 for 20, with the exception of Christmas time then the supply and demand makes the price rise.

Look for a seller with 98-100% feedback and a sellers badge so ypu know they are fast shippers and trustworthy.

I also ask if they can ship in a pdf so you can print them all in one click

They have a ton of summer toys on clearance other ideas: kids books, socks, (I do this to donate to my church for homeless) underwear (look at clearance endcaps) dishes that you can buy one at a time and build a set, kitchen gadgets, hand towels, flip flops, tons of kids clothes, jewlery esp clearance, candles, frames (picture frames think gifts), hand lotions, spa socks often are 5.99, candy near holidays, holiday decorations, gift wrap, cards, little books for kids, t shirts on clearance, shorts sometimes, List is endless if you browse around and make it fun.

Curious how to use the $5 off coupons at the register since they say per customer???

There was a woman in front of me with 4 coupons; she did 4 separate transactions and paid cash for each balance of the item. I wondered if she put everything together if they would have let her use the (4) $5 off coupons that she had ?

No, you can't combine the coupons they are will only allow you to use one at a time. They will not usually let you do seperate transactions either. If you have someone with you they can do a seperate transaction. Sometimes people go to a different cashier if the store has several cashiers working.

Turning my coupons into cash $9178.15 in rebates since May 2010

what i will usually do is go to the different registers firsdt.  although they are a little tough at my kohls.  but i will make a purchase and bring it out to the car and then go back in so i am technically a new customer and they have to take the coupon.  the coupons used to say "per customer per day"  now it is just "per customer"

I just came back from kohls and bought a bunch of clothes for next year for my little boy.  Paid about 1 dolalr a piece.  I went to the Seabrook NH store.  They seem to mark down their clothes quicker and their selection is better than other stores.  Do you agree?  If not what area stores are better?  Thx

I bought some on ebay but had a hard time using them at the Kohl's in Newington.  The first time I gave my son a coupon and the cash to pay for his purchase.  I followed with my coupon and cash for my purchase.  The cashier said let it go through but said there was really only one coupon allowed "per household".  I then shopped around a bit longer and found a bathing suit that my daughter had wanted to get.  It wasn't any where near free but it was marked down from $80 to clearance at $16.  I went to a different cashier but apparently the previous cashier had alerted the management.  While I was waiting in line there was a page to this cashier area.  As I got to the register a man approached me as said I could only use one coupon.  I had enough cash in my hand to pay for the bathing suit (although I did have a coupon in my other hand with my wallet) and I acted cool but it was very frustrating!

Seabrook is my favorite store.

They do markdowns quicker than all the pther stores in the area.

As far as redeeeming coupons . You should not try and use multiples of a 5.00 off 5.00 at once.

For the bathing suit mom, I would of sent your children up by themselves to redeeem a coupon each, unless they are too young. If fthey are too young to check out by themselves then they shouldn't be using the coupon.

As far as Newington/ Portsmouth  goes I have been told they have had a huge problem with a few of the same people  people going up there with 20 coupons a day multiple days a week  going in and out and in and out causing them to crack down and start enforcing limits.

Kohls likes couponers and loves giving the coupon deal, but with anything if its misused to the max they could end up stopping the deal or banning the said few from the store.

Please enjoy your coupons but don't go overboard.

using 20 in one day and buying items that are 5.00 or under  will get you booted from the store and make it to the security most watched list.

Does anyone know why ebay does not have any $5 coupons for Kohls?  I usually buy some every few weeks and there has not been any for this week – I've been trying to remain calm and not hyperventilate but it's not working!
