Wow–I saw Kathy's Public TV appearance several weeks ago and then purchased the book. I am so overwhelmed! I have only used a coupon here and there sporadically (1 or 2 per visit). I have a hard time getting my hands on couplns because I am so rural. Do I subscribe to the Sunday paper first? My shopping choices are also very limited, Walmart and Food Lion in town, Kroger and others 30+ miles away. Any advice would be appreciated!

I am very rural too and I never used a coupom before. There is plenty you can get free at Walmart if you follow the topic coupon matchups in the walmart forum we have an ongoing list. Don't overlook the drugstores there is a lot you can get for free there and sometimes they even pay you for taking it out of their store. Always feel free to ask any questions you have.

Thank you cardinal! Three months of my Sunday newspaper amounts to $56, so am weighing if I need to do that. I will follow the Walmart forum and see what I can learn from that. My daughter lived in Maine for 1 year-South Portland/Scarborough, but it was a little too cold for her Southern blood. LOL. She needed to be closer to her Momma anyway!

It is cold here. We have probably 6 of snow on the ground and another coming this afternoon. A high today so far of 15 degrees.
I get my papers free at rite aid with my ups. I just look for things that are money makers and get my papers that way. I get 4 a week and then if there is a hot coupon that I want more of I buy them on ebay which I don't do often.
