i have been into the couponing game for about 1 year and started out small. i have went to some classes and was surprised of how much i did not know. one of my biggest scores was 52 jars of chichi's salsa all for free, but i have such a hard time getting everything for free because the only store in our area who even doubles coupons and that is only 2 per transaction up to .50 cents, so that does make it a little harder. but i recently got your book for christmas and just finished it tonight. it is amazing how you get everything for free but where i live will be impossible because of the coupon policy but i still wait for it to go on sale and use whatever coupons i have to get it as cheap as i can. sometimes i just get impatient and thats one thing i am learning watch and wait.

With new coupon policy, it's getting tougher for everyone to get for free. But it's still better then paying full price.

i learned how many websites there are out there to print coupons online as well as waiting for the item to go on sale before using the coupon. i also prescribe to more sunday papers and really looked into the coupon policies as well. i also learned to do multiple transactions to get more for my money and previewing the sales ads before the sunday paper helps me plan ahead for my shopping trips as well.

@uggggghhhhh I agree. Free all the time is tough. My philosophy is "dirt cheap" then I stock up. If it's free, then that's all the better.
@cheryl1976 Use the blogs too. They are tremendously helpful and some people post scenarios so you don't have to do the thinking…
If you use Loreal Preference, check out the post I just added in the CVS forum. (1/8-1/14)
Good luck!
