Thanks for the contest! I was just wondering which Walmart let you use the coupons. I was refused in Plymouth, MA… the coupons beeped when I tried to use them for bananas, and the manager pointed out the coupons didn’t actually say “Manufacturer Coupon” (even though there was a remit address) and so they couldn’t override. Thanks for any insight and for the heads up on the coupon!

They are a MFR which is why they state where the store should send the coupon to be reimbursed.
I used them at various Super Walmarts in NH

Thanks – maybe I’ll try again? Ipointed out the manufacturer name and the remit to address, but it was still a no go. I’m afraid to run into the same manager, but I don’t have another super walmart anywhere near me. I figure I can always buy $5 worth of fruit at the grocery store — these really are great coupons. Thanks again for all the valuable help on this site.

Given the opportunity I will go for the overage… the best deal IS the best deal. I can buy more fruit with the overage … or whatever..
February 23, 2012 at 9:52 pm
I will score as much free fruit as I can handle, then I will apply the overage to more baby items for my two grandsons. Maybe work it into the new deal posted about the playskool ride on toy, to reduce the price even more after the coupon. Sweeeeet!

I live in NH and will have no trouble using the coupons …. pick me … pick me …. LOL. I am saving for a small flatscreen for my Dad who is having health issues and would love a small TV in his bedroom. So I would use the overage towards a TV.

As a single mom, with two kids enrolled in everything under the sun, and no time to eat, sleep or breathe, I would take these coupons, get a babysitter for a couple of hours (thanks mom!), drive all the way to new Hampshire alone with the music playing loud, buy a few banana’s, take the overage, buy some bubble bath, go home, take a bath, eat a banana and take a nap!!

I would use it on fruit I pack lunches for my kids everyday and I spend the most money buying fruit to put in their lunchboxes. Although I may use one to get myself some salad 🙂

This is another great contest – I would use the coupons on fresh fruit to pack with my work lunches to keep me eating healthy! Thanks for the great website! I’ve learned a lot on it!!!
I would use the coupons to buy individual bananas and then use the overage to purchase spaghetti and grated cheese for my kids elementary school spaghetti supper fundraiser. The more ‘Free’ items I can get for the school means more money for the school.

So excited to think about this one. I like the idea of overage, but really needing to stock up on fruits and veggies, so would probably get as many bananas as I could think of consuming in the week…and then use the small overage. Would also be scouting out deals for other healthy ways to feed the fam. w/DelMonte products. 🙂
February 24, 2012 at 10:53 am
I would buy bananas then take the rest as overage to get deals on diapers and other baby products for my new Grandson 🙂
February 24, 2012 at 11:31 am
I agree with the others, buying the bananas and using the overage for other things is the way to go!

Decisions, decisions…I have a stack of Walmart qs that I need to use, put them all together to get some nice overage to use on more fresh fruit, milk, cheese, coffee…stuff that is hard to get for free.
February 24, 2012 at 1:12 pm
I would use the banana overage to buy other produce!
February 24, 2012 at 9:29 pm
I would buy a pineapple and a few bananas then cash in on the overage…
