So I was organizing my babies closet today and I decided to count how many diapers/wipes I have so I know what sizes I need to continue to stock up on from diaper deals. Here are the totals and how I did it!
Wipes: 4,536 (or 59 packages)
Size 1: 610
Size 2: 408
Size 3: 285
Size 4: 62
Total 1,365 diapers!!! (This is from MONTHS of buying)
First, these are NAME BRAND diapers/wipes!!! All Huggies/Pampers! These believe it or not with coupons are cheaper than the store brands. This is approx. 6 months worth of diapers and wipes!!! I spent approx. $200 on all this and it retails for about $630. That is an average savings of 67%!!! Now, how do I do it? I wait until wipes are on sale at Stop and Shop for $1.50-2 since they double coupons and pair them with the 50 cent or 75 cent off wipes coupons. Either Pampers or Huggies. I averaged $1 paid per package of wipes, but usually I can pay only 50 cents per package. For diapers, I mainly wait for Extra Care Buck sales at CVS. Typically, its spend $30 get $10 back. I use my coupons off the packages of diapers and sometimes have an extra CVS coupon for $5/$25 baby purchase or a regular $5/$30 purchase. Pay the remainder with ECB’s from the previous week and get the $10 back for my next transaction! Diapers are usually $12.99/package and I pay around $4/package doing these deals! There is NO reason to pay $13! That is ridiculous! If you have specific questions please ask 🙂
DON’T FORGET to register for Pampers/Huggies rewards online and enter in the codes from all the packages of wipes/diapers you buy! You redeem your points for items or coupons for FREE diapers/wipes!
