Crock Pot Chicken Pot Pie (Crustless) Recipe
This has to be one of the easiest recipes I have ever made in my crock pot! It also received a 2 thumbs up rating from my husband and my kids all gobbled it down with no complaints!
Ingredients
- 2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1 or 2 Cans of Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 Bag of Mixed Vegetables
- 1/8 teaspoon of White Pepper
Throw it all in the crock pot on low and let cook 4-6 hours.
Serve with mashed potatoes and a roll and you have a hot hearty meal that the entire family will love!
You can also rework this to make a crust with crescent rolls or put in a pie pan and add a crust to the top.
Note: When I prepared this added just 1 can of Cream of Mushroom bu towards the end I decided to add the second to make it creamier (choice is yours).
That’s it! This recipe couldn’t be easier!
Prep time is less than 5 minutes but let’s not tell my family that. I like them to believe I slaved over a hot stove all day.
