Thank you very much for this post and information. I almost never can use ANY coupons at my local Walmart without a big production being made so perhaps I will carry a copy of this with me 🙂

Went to the Walmart in Rochester, NH with the new coupon policy about overages and presented it to the Manager today.
They are not going to do the overages or take coupons for items less than the coupon amount.
Does anyone know if there is a Walmart in the Seacoast area that will abide by the Corporate policy?

I have gone to several Walmarts in my area, Manchester, Derry, Epping and Hooksett. Since this past Sunday, I have had NO problems. In fact, the cashier didn’t even do a double take when my $15.96 bill ended up being $.15.
