AT&T Data Throttling Settlement!
Were you an AT&T Customer?
According to the Federal Trade Commission lawsuit, AT&T unfairly reduced data speeds for customers with unlimited data plans, a practice known as “data throttling.” After customers used a certain amount of data in a billing cycle, they experienced data speeds so slow that many common activities like web browsing and video streaming were difficult or impossible.
You may apply for a payment refund for AT&T Throttling if you meet all these requirements:
- you are a former AT&T customer
- you had an unlimited data plan between October 1, 2011 and June 30, 2015
- you experienced data throttling
- you didn’t already get a payment from AT&T in this matter.
Must file claim by May, 18th 2023
