Carter’s has recalled a 3-piece children’s cardigan set (pictured above) due to choking hazards. The set includes a white bodysuit featuring a penguin, as well as a gray cardigan with a hood with matching pants.
The Consumer Product Safety Commission says the toggle button on the cardigan can detach and potentially choke children, and were sold at: Carter’s, Burlington Stores, Kohl’s, Ross Stores, Toys “R” Us and other stores nationwide from July 2017 to March 2018. It sold for roughly $40, in sizes newborn to 24 months.

UPC Numbers: 190795798203, 190795798166, 190795798173, 190795798180, 190795798135, 190795798142, 190795798159 (printed on the back of the tag)
Both numbers are also printed on the price tag.
