They were ringing up as 19.99 at the register but the price has seem to have been updated in their system. If not, show them the flyer and they will have to adjust the price down. (Be very nice when pointing it out to them. 🙂 )
The flyer doesn’t specify a size so you could also try your luck price matching at Target.
