Free always wins but sometimes it is worth it to pay a little for a coupon but when and how much can cause you some confusion. Sometimes you may think you have a deal and you really don’t. So when do I think it’s worth it to pay. Here’s two scenarios you decide what sounds better to you.
#1 (20) coupons to Save 3.00 on any size bag of Iams cat food These are selling for about $9.00 on Ebay
#2 (20) coupons to Save 8.00 on any Iams cat food these are averaging $35.00 on Ebay
They will both get you free cat food so which would you buy?
Think about it …
Did you pick the $9.00 set?
Most of you would but I certainly would not .
Here is why;
The $3.00 coupons that cost you $9.00 will get you (20) 12 oz bags of cat food for FREE at Target.
The $8.00 coupons that cost $35.00 will get you (20) 4lb bags of cat food for FREE at Walmart AND give you overage that you can take in cash.
The cat food costs $4.47 at Walmart. Walmart’s coupon policy states that they will allow you to apply the overage to something in your cart or they will give the difference to you in cash so (20 )$4.47 bags of cat food will get you $3.53 in overage per bag for a total of $70.60 in your pocket!
So ask yourself again which would you rather?
My scenario just doubled your money and got you more free food.
