Post Cereal Class Action - No Proof Required
Two Post Cereal customers filed a class action suit in 2016 claiming that the company misrepresented their products by labeling them as healthy when they have a high added sugar content.
Here is some important information that you need to know :
- Purchases made 08/29/12 - 11/02/20

- Claims submitted without proof of purchase will be subject to per-product caps based on an average use of four boxes per month.
- Claims submitted with proof of purchase will not be capped.
- Option of receiving payout via PayPal, Venmo, or a prepaid MasterCard.
- Average expected payout $14.28
