If you purchased Canada Dry Ginger Ale branded products in California between December 28, 2012, and June 26, 2018, or in the other 49 United States, between January 1, 2013, and December 19, 2018, you may be eligible for up to $40 FREE in this Class Action Settlement.
The cases allege that Canada Dry Ginger Ale Products, packaged and labeled with the words “Made from Real Ginger” were false and deceptive. The Canada Dry Ginger Ale class action lawsuits also claim that consumers paid a premium for this soft drink. Under the Canada Dry Ginger Ale class action settlement, compensation is available to Class Members who file a valid claim.
In addition to the cash payout, the ginger ale class action settlement also requires Canada Dry to change product labels to include words such as “taste,” “extract,” or “flavor” if it continues to represent “ginger” as an ingredient.
