There is also a $4 coupon the Prevacid site, which is where CVS directs you to get the rebate. The rebate states that it will take the $4 coupon into consideration thereby lessening the rebate.

I am just getting around to doing this rebate, and I used ECBs to pay for the Prevacid at CVS last week. Does anyone know if Novartis rebates in the past have been a problem with giving the full rebate amount (in this case less the $4 Prevacid coupon) trying to deduct extra bucks used at CVS? Someone in this thread asked a similar question but I am not sure if it was answered after everyone actually saw the actual rebate form.
