Purchased Chicken Since 2009? You Could Be Eligible for Cash!
If you purchased the following brands of chicken between 2009 and 2020 you could be eligible for a cash settlement under the “Broiler Chicken Anti-Trust Litigation”: Fieldale Farms Corporation, George’s Farms, Mar-Jac Poultry, Peco Foods, Pilgrim’s Pride Corporation, and Tyson Foods. These are the settling defendants at this point. Litigation is continuing against the non-settling defendants so more companies may be added to this list.
The lawsuit alleges that the companies “conspired to restrict the supply of, and fix, raise, and stablize the price of chicken.” For additional information or to file a claim go HERE
